1. Acceptance

By using this site, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site exists to present our services and to receive quote requests, enquiries and job applications. When you use it, you agree to:

  • Provide true and accurate information in our forms, and not impersonate any person or business.
  • Not upload files containing malware, or content that is offensive or unlawful.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data, disrupt it, or scrape it by automated means.
  • Not use the site's forms to send advertising or unsolicited messages.

We may restrict anyone's access to the site, or to parts of it, if they breach these terms.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, images, designs, logos and trademarks, is owned by Masar Alaqood or used with its owners' permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, republish, modify or use it commercially without our prior written permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages and to quote briefly from our articles with credit to the source.

Client logos shown on the site belong to their owners and are displayed only to indicate that they have worked with us.

4. Site content and quotations

The content of the site, including service descriptions, figures and articles, is provided for general information. It is not legal or professional advice. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that it is error-free or complete at all times.

Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Submitting a quote request creates no obligation on either side. Prices and service terms become binding only once Masar Alaqood confirms them in writing or both parties sign a contract, and the signed contract prevails in case of any difference.

5. Job applications

Job seekers can register their details and upload a CV through the site. Submitting an application, and our receiving it, is not a promise of employment or of an interview. Any hiring depends on our selection process, the availability of suitable roles and regulatory requirements.

Masar Alaqood never charges applicants a fee to apply or to be hired. If anyone asks you for money in our name, please don't pay, and let us know straight away at info@masar-alaqood.com.

Applicants confirm that the information and documents they submit are accurate. We may disregard any application found to contain false information.

6. Links to other sites

The site may link to websites and platforms run by others, such as social networks or map services. These links are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for those sites' content, policies or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law:
