Here are the eight steps Masar Alaqood follows to staff an operation, with what we need from you at each one and what we take care of ourselves.
When businesses first contact us, they usually ask the same things. What happens once we send our request? When will the team start? What do you need from us?
At Masar Alaqood we follow the same eight-step process whether the request is for a few cashiers at one branch or a full operating team for a mall or factory. Below we walk through each step, with what we need from you and what we take care of, so you know what to expect from the start.
01 — Receive the request
It starts when your request reaches us, through the "Request a quote" form on the website, by phone or by email.
- What we need from you: the service, your sector, roughly how many people, the city or site, the expected contract length and, if you have one, a target start date.
- What we handle: we log the request, assign a coordinator to it, and contact you to confirm the details and set a time to discuss your needs.
02 — Analyse the need
We don't just take the numbers in the request at face value. The right headcount depends on the site, the operating hours, the number of shifts and the level of service you expect.
- What we need from you: a description of the work, working hours, any specific requirements such as language, experience or certificates, and access to the site if a visit is useful.
- What we handle: we study the requirement, recommend the right roles, numbers and shift pattern, and prepare an itemised quotation showing what is and isn't included.
03 — Source candidates
Once you approve the proposal, we start looking for people who match the agreed profile.
- What we need from you: sign-off on the final profile for each role.
- What we handle: sourcing candidates from our own database and other recruitment channels, and screening CVs against experience, specialisation and your requirements.
04 — Interview and assess
We interview candidates and test their practical skills for the job, whether that's technical ability for maintenance technicians or customer service skills for receptionists and cashiers.
- What we need from you: nothing, unless you'd like to join the final interviews for supervisory or sensitive roles.
- What we handle: interviews, skills tests, checking stated experience, and shortlisting the best fit.
05 — Hire and contract
This is where the formal paperwork is completed, and it is entirely our responsibility.
- What we need from you: signing the service contract between your business and Masar Alaqood.
- What we handle: signing employment contracts with each worker and documenting them on Qiwa, registering them with GOSI, paying salaries through the Wage Protection System, and every other step the Saudi Labour Law requires.
06 — Train and qualify
Before arriving on your site, the team is trained for the job and the environment.
- What we need from you: details of anything specific to your site, such as internal safety rules, service standards or point-of-sale systems.
- What we handle: safety training and personal protective equipment, professional conduct and customer service, job skills, and uniforms.
07 — Start operations
On the agreed day, the team starts work on your site.
- What we need from you: a named contact on site to receive the team, show them the work areas and assign tasks.
- What we handle: a field supervisor stays with the team through the first days, checks attendance and task discipline, and deals with any issue as soon as it comes up.
08 — Follow up and evaluate continuously
The first day isn't the end of our work. It's the start of the part that matters most.
- What we need from you: regular feedback, good or otherwise.
- What we handle: routine field follow-up, performance evaluation, replacing anyone who isn't meeting the standard, covering absences and leave, regular KPI reports, and round-the-clock operational support.
Why we stick to this process
Because each step lowers the risk in the next. A careful needs analysis makes sourcing more focused. Proper assessment means fewer replacements later. Full compliance at the contracting stage protects your business from regulatory exposure. And continuous follow-up keeps performance steady long after the first week.
Clear roles from the outset also save you time. You know exactly what we need from you at each stage, and we handle the rest.
